Guess:

Wetzel for OG from Cleveland

Cam Lawrence for LB from Seahawks

D-Law to IR for DE from Oakland

? for Spillman

No moves are official yet. My GUESSES:

-D.Lawrence to short-term IR for Jack Crawford
-Cam Lawrence for Korey Toomer
-Jemea Thomas (Possibly Ahmad Dixon) for CJ Spillman.

Dallas' practice squad probably has three open spots left for guys like Dixon and C.Lawrence.

Dixon is clueless on the field. I hate to say it but watching him try and think on his feet out in space is painful. He lacks anything resembling ball skills as has been widely discussed but that bleeds over into ST because he cannot track a punt in the air unblocked so as to down it as he showed versus Denver. And everytime he ducks his head and dives head first at a ball carrier, I want to give him a nice headslap.

Dumb and undisciplined play doesn't merit time on the field.

If other teams in the league value him then we should try and trade him but I think he is being overrated a fair bit for one good game.

He was a great player in college as well. And that first game albeit one game was more of a flash than Jeff Heath and Jakar Hamilton have had put together. No one is advocating starting Dixon but I think he has proven himself worthy of a roster spot and some time to develop

Heath and Hamilton have demonstrated that they can consistently execute special teams. Dixon has not. Dixon's best game was the first and he looked terrible in space there for all his tackles. He then missed practice and sat out Baltimore. He looked quite bad the past two games repeatedly taking bad angles when he did move in space, mostly stared down the QB, and speared people.

It's like JJ Wilcox said, "If you don't know what to do then get the **** off the field."
