you dont have to cut anybody now to make room.. you can have as many players as you want i think till its time for the team to trim down... we have 10 draft picks.. its not like were going to cut 10 players for the picks

I think we allowed bring in 85 players to TC. Any of our players just returning from NFL Europe also come to TC and they don't count against the 85.

Cowboys roster lists 51 players; IR lists 3 & PS lists 9 (includes NFL Europe player Bjork) for total of 63 players. So our roster has plenty of room to grow which is good since we get 10 more players in the draft and probably add a few TC fodder and maybe 1-2 viable FA acquisitions yet.

Bjork is back in nfle and isnt a Cowboy any longer. That was just a league thing where each team kept a foreign player on their ps. He never counted on the roster, training camp or otherwise. Usually its 80 man camp limit with nfle exemptions added that.


edit-Until the draft picks are signed, they dont count towards the limit either so they can sign up to eighty not including nfle players and still have the draft picks to add.

That was my point. I didn't know how many we had at this point. I thought we might would have had to cut someone.

A little early to to start memorizing forgettable free agent CFL WR's. Let him at least make the final 53 first.

Don't get too excited about that -- I think if we do use picks to move up it will be like last year when we try to get up early into a 2nd day round.
