Who do we draft, round 2?

I would be fine with any of the following:

Aaron Williams
Rahim Moore
Rodney Hudson
Akeem Ayers
Brandon Harris
Martez Wilson
Stephen Paea
Allen Bailey
Stefen Wisniewski
Ben Ijalana
Kenrick Ellis
Will Rackley

Could be at 40 or a trade down

I would look to do a small trade down to between 45 to 50 area and try to pick up an additional 3rd or 4th rounder.

I would like aaron williams

Yea, he is the top player I have left at this point.

The question will be if he is still there at 40? If not, I go with another offensive lineman.

Da'quan Bowers!!!

Rumors going around the net that his knee is totaly shredded and he has been medically red flagged by most of the teams.

I honestly dont remember him hurting his knee in college, so I am skeptical of all of these rumors.........but why else would he be falling like this???

ya I really want to know the severity... but think of the possibilities if he could be healthy??

Pick this guy in the 2nd would be outstanding...

but if we pass on him then I'll understand.

****ty for him; dude has so much potential.

"The reality is the knee is assessed 32 ways by 32 different clubs," Flanagan added. "What we know is that Dr. (James) Andrews and a number of other doctors that examined Da'Quan felt good about the short and long-term term prospects of the knee. But, obviously, there were some teams that were concerned about the knee, and I think that was reflected tonight. Ultimately, we feel very strongly that Da'Quan's knee is going to hold up, not only in the short term but the long term."

"We knew this was a potential outcome of tonight," Flanagan said. "Of course, we all hoped it would turn out the other way. He will go very early (Friday), and sometimes things that don't seem to be ideal at first glance end up working to your advantage. Hopefully, he will wind up in a place that can best use his skill set, and he is going to wreak havoc on whoever the hell passed on him."

Could easily be his agent just improving his stock... but if that's true we gotta take em. If he can be healthy and we get Smith and Bowers... this draft would be incredible.

Yea, he was touted as being a top 5 pick at one point. I have no idea what type of injury he has or the severity but if he could rehab this first season and then be back to his old form by next season............he would be a steal in the 2nd.

Now if he has a microfracture injury to his knee............he is done.

I'm trying to research it and I have seen everything from may need microfracture to wont need microfracture...

anybody have some good info on that knee?

Williams won't be the pick if were locked in on Huff, I think we look to trade down. Take Kenrick Ellis and then try to nab Will Rackley. Or perhaps Benjamin Ijalana.

You could be right. Brian Baker was interviewed on The Fan during the end of the first round. He was really hoping for Muhammad Wilkerson to make it to #40.

Hudson would be an awesome pick.

I honestly think he'd start as a rookie.

That would be a very nice pick. And yes, I believe he would start

I think CB is the best need/value combo left on the board. One of Williams, Harris or Dowling should be there by 40, and they're all legitimate value for the pick.

Otherwise I'm fine with moving back and looking at one of the RBs, Will Rackley or Jarvis Jenkins.

On kffl.com (not a great source I know) but Jerry was trying to jump ahead of Pitt to get Aaron Williams but realiZed they were going after heyward
