Only if the Pack and Lions finish with a worse record
The good news, Dallas, is you got the 1 seed.
The bad news is you have homefield advantage.
Only if the Pack and Lions finish with a worse record
If green Bay, Dallas and Seattle all finish 12-4, who gets the #1 seed?
Can we defer homefield advantage?
Or play in the Cotton Bowl?
Tie breaker would be conference record. Of which I believe Seattle would get the number 1 seed.
We still would need Detroit and Green Bay to finish 11-5 in order to get a bye week, and win out.
So there's virtually no shot they can get the two seed because I believe if you substitute Green Bay with Detroit, then the same tie breaker would bump us to #3.
Sounds like its only the #1 or 3 seed in play and to get the #1 seed, Detroit & Green Bay would have to finish 11-5.
I thought 2 seed was an option if Zona is the first seed, and GB and Det finish 11-5
Or if Arz loses out and stl beats Seattle . Plenty of scenarios
Looking at the playoff.picture.we have an.outside shot at a 2 seed.
Would it be better for Az or Seattle to.win?
In week 17 do we want GB or Det?
2.huge.games that may impact.our seeding, i would prefer to not play seattle.or gb in rd 1.
St. Louis going to Seattle and winning with a 3rd string Qb....uh not happening.
Or if Arz loses out and stl beats Seattle . Plenty of scenarios
If GB & Detroit finished 11-4-1 is also an option
We want Seattle to win . We want a bye week . If Seattle wins and the Cowboys go 12-4 we get a bye.
Seattle needs to win the west and Green Bay needs to lose tomorrow for us to win the 1 seed -- we have to win out of course.
If Green Bay loses tomorrow but Arizona wins the west then we can win the 2nd seed.
I couldn't find a scenario where Green Bay wins tomorrow and we do better than the #3 seed.
Can we defer homefield advantage?
