Who else likes our odds a little more now getting past this huge wildcard game?

Now more than before, I'm really feeling that not getting the Bye, and instead playing and beating the this damn good Lions team first, only served to Fortify us, keep us keen, hungry, sharp ,fired up and HOT!
I'm really liking our odds even more for next week, not saying the Pack won't be the Pack, when we face them in Lambeau, but they are not as fresh and fired up as we are right now!
Sometimes what you don't get is what you really need :starspin:

I expect the offense to play a lot better.

If the boys can generate a good interior rush, they win. Doesn't sound like Rodgers will be able to elude very much but they'll certainly try to get the ball out quick.

Much better match-up this week than Detroit. Defense and running games travel in cold weather, we have one and a half on our side, I like our chances as long as the offense wakes up. They can not start out that slow against Rodgers.

I agree with everybody here. I think we play much better - it's a better match up for us, Rodgers will not be 100% (he's not even practicing til Thursday) and I think we play with much more confidence. They won't be able to stop us and I'm not sure we can stop them, but if it comes down to will, resolve and fight--

I like our chances.

i said if we beat indy we were going to win the superbowl.

i'm still here.

could not believe we were going to play a game like today.

but hey.....we won right?

that's the beauty of the playoffs....you win...you are one step closer to the superbowl.

if we beat green bay...i guarantee we will win the superbowl.

There is absolutely no reason the Cowboys can't go to Green Bay and at least put up one hell of a fight. The O-line being humbled today, D-Law making an impact, and Carr getting past his demon known as Megatron all work greatly in our favor.

We're gonna go into the cold, on the road, against all odds. This team can win.

I'm feeling it. It was a jitters game for sure, especially for this young o line. We come out a lot hotter on offense next week. Book it.

I think the players were overlooking past the Lions as they did not look prepared in that 1st half. I think the media and the fan base hyping them up really hurt there preparation this week.. They will be more focused next week since they know that not many are picking them to have a chance in that game.

I doubt this to be the case. However, there is no question that they were not ready to play, at all. They were the same ol Cowboys for 28 minutes of the first half.

I liked our odds better at home against DET than I do on the road against GB, if that's what you're asking. I gotta say, that DET offense was night and day better than the one we saw last week in their regular season finale. And it looked to me more like they were playing well for us than like it was anything in particular GB did to slow them down. Their DL was playing possessed, and Stafford played so much better than he did last week, it's not even funny.

I don't think we looked unprepared. I thought DET just came out and took it to us in the trenches early. And then Romo struggled with their blitzes, which is not normal for him. They successfully took Dez out of the game, too, for most of the day and still got great pressure which is not normal for us.

Not sure how we ended up with Church singled up on Tate downfield on that first series. That wasn't a great idea, given what had transpired that week. He looked like he expected inside help, but Wilcox was shading over to cover CJ on that play. I'm not sure what was going on. But other than those two early drives, we settled down defensively pretty quickly and played pretty well thereafter.

The Lions defensive front is a lot better then the Packers.

The way the secondary has been playing the 2nd half of the season (since Mo went down actually), I feel more confident now then I did last week.
