I know Romo made it, but he should be the starter. Favre got the start as a lifetime achievement award.

Like I said a few days ago, it's the Cowboys vs. the AFC... Except their starting quarterback is Brett Favre...

The snappers are chosen by the coaches.

If we lose the NFC Championship Game, Wade Phillips probably will choose him.

charles woodson - debatable over newman?

No, but he is debatable over Al Harris.

greg ellis - should be in over osi

They don't play the same position.

don't fret. Romo will start.. FAvre hates going to the pro bowl and will find a reason to not attend.

Trent Cole over Osi? Osi has had a couple of big games to inflate his stats. Trent Cole has been more steady in his production.

Colston over Driver? Burress over Driver?

Adam, what are the stats on Newman this year (completion rate allowed, yards, TDs, etc)?

You can't go look up your own information?

Just google his name and it should bring up an NFL.com or ESPN.com page that has all his stats.

I don't have access to Stats LLC.

Is that ok with you?

Or should I perhaps send you a PM asking for permission to post a question?

Probably would be a wise choice next time.

I think Bradie James got snubbed honestly, he's having a beast of a year.

I dont think he was as much of an impact like Tatupu and Willis were though. he is having a great year but there are a lot of good ILB in our conference

Yeah, but 3.5 of those he got on Thursday were done after the voting was finished, right? One week earlier and that probably gets him in.

Don't ever say that again. That, and "if we lose the Super Bowl". ;)

as a cowboy fan i agree. as a football fan i say no. Portis has had the better yr. and he's done it with a horrible OL play
And we don't exactly have a good run offense with a pass happy offense but yet Barber is able to make plays.

Barber has 11 total TDs, CP has 8
Barber has one fumble, CP has 5
Barber's YPC is 4.9, CP's YPC 3.9
Barber has 7 runs of greater than 20yds, CP has 2

The only stat CP is better than Barber is total yards only because he carried the rock 104 time more than Barber.

So, perhaps to you, only total rushing yards defines as having "Better Year" but to others, total performance is a better indicator.

It's funny how all the "Barber doesn't deserve it as much as Portis" people kind of went away when the stats came out....

Love the information above, just one thing to add. Portis averages 15.1 yards per game more than Barber, ON 7.4 MORE CARRIES PER GAME... So even if you aren't good at math, that means that if Barber got those 7.4 carries per game, he would have 1,378 rushing yards this season... which would lead the NFL.

Wow, no Mario Williams... thats pretty ghey.

I feel bad for Fred Taylor too, one of the most underrated backs of the past several years.
