Who has the strongest arm in the NFL?

You look in the HOF and you will find most of the QBs there did not have cannons for arms. Of those in during the modern era I can only think of two: Elway and Favre

Apparently, Hurts decided to work on his arm strength during the offseason. Dude is jacked. Pickett standing behind him looks like a limp-armed gimp.

Picket's arm looks about the same size and he's in the background and relaxed. He's clearly got a bigger arm.

A strong arm without accuracy means nothing. So what if you can heave the ball 80 yards if you cannot hit the WR when it matters deep?

Too much attention to a cannon arm and not enough to what really matters in a QB which is what is between the ears. Most of the worst busts in first rd QBs are those with strong arms and weak minds.
Gary Hogeboom had an incredibly strong arm...

...opponent DBa often complained that it hurt when they intercepted him...

NFL QB arm strength is most defined by 20 yard out routes.

Many average arm QBs can launch deep throws...
