Who here been to Marfa,Texas?

Marfa is somewhat interesting for such a small town because it has a bit of an artsy culture to it, but there really isn't a lot there. It is fairly close to the Big Bend National Park. I prefer Fort Davis myself because it is more in the mountains and has more of a nice, small town feel. It also has the historic army fort, which is interesting and well maintained, and McDonald Observatory, which has one of the largest telescopes in the world.

Yeah I'm going to check that out plus Alpine looks neat. Just love Texas in general.

Going next Month
Dude... the beginning of next month is my birthday and I live only a hot minute from Marfa. Short drive. Maybe a couple of hours.
My wife and I have been wanting to go for awhile.
