I like Jimmy's media approach better. I think it inspired his team to play better because his expectations were out there for everyone to see.

I definitely respect the fact and think it is better for our team in the long run that he stays out of the media. These guys that crave media attention can be a little over the top and get on my nerves. If I was in a situation were people had cameras in my face every day, and anytime I said something they would mis quote me or twist it around, I would probably pull a Kenny Rodgers. I think Bill is a similar type guy.

I dunno he had a press conference almost every freakin day during the season...that's pretty generous.

BP isn't the most PC guy out there and any little innocent thing he says will be twisted to be a bigoted or hateful thing. Remember the "Zim and Sean like to Jap each other in team drills" So since he will be a source of distraction he steers clear of the media until it becomes mandatory for him to talk to them.
