Who I pray will be the next DC if Kiffin's out

Please bring in Haslett! This for 3 reasons:

1) We could stay with a 4-3. He's coached it in his career and I think it's easier to get rookies to adjust to NFL with the 4-3.

2) He's aggressive and will force the issue.

3) Romo doesn't have to face him anymore and he could share with Romo what he sees in the Cowboys offense that works so well against them.

Haslett is a good defensive coach. He is truly a product of terrible talent there in DC

I was honestly thinking of sending my resume in to VR, I think I might have a shot. I mean I have managed a couple championship defenses myself, they might of been Pee Wee league, but if I'm not mistaken that's the same competition as Dallas's defense, right?

The talent on this defense is terrible. The d line needs a complete overhaul. The lb's can't stay healthy. The cb's strengths don't match the system and the safeties need upgrading.

That will be a challenge for any DC. But there are better guys than Haslett that can fix things.

Coaching matters in this league. Its why the Saints went from all-time awful to formidable in one season. Weren't people saying they had no talent?

He could relate better to players , kiffin is almost 80 at some point the game has had to pass him by. Smith still has lots left in him ....and by hiring him we could keep ROD , M

He is a "Senior Assistant Coach" with Tennessee. They probably only gave him a 1 year contract for that position. Even if he signed a longer contract, it is highly unlikely that they would force him to stay in an advisory type role if he was offered a DC position.

How would you guys feel if wade came back as DC? No doubt he could get more out of the talent we have than most other DCs being mentioned. Whoever the DC is next year, I hope we get the right personnel to fit what he wants to do.

I am all for poaching that Seattle staff. Those guys are onto something that the rest of the league doesn't seem to be.
