i think its Ware

I think you may be right.
Griffith was on Ware's side I think. But I'm not sure if its the OLBs responsibility, but I can't imagine it would be the safety.

Roy Blew it once. Watkins was right behind Crump but Roy played him and didn't get out to the FB.

Guys, none of you play video games enough do you???

When playing a M2M defense, the screen passes to the RB's kill you. That's what's been happening to us. Heck, you can learn that by playing NFL Gameday on the PS1.

To take away that little screen nonsense, you move to a Zone D ... which causes other problems.

So pick your poison.

So, unless you want Ware covering RB's all day ... we're going to have to live with this for a long time. Nothing is perfect ...

I know at least the last one was on Roy. He decided to hit Crumpler instead of getting out on his man.

I believe the fb is actually the inside backers responsibility in the 3-4. the olb has either the rb or te on his side

I would think Ware had to hold his lane to keep Vick from running.
James had to be responsible for the FB.

exactly...the ILB's always key on the FB...he takes them to the play...if he goes for a pass, I'm sure it's Brady James or Akin Ayodel.

The OLB's would be responsible for the RB/TB ... this would only change in specialty defense.

It's not Ware. Ware responsibility is to rush the passer. Whoever is the next LB over, that's who probably is responsible. So its either Akin or Bradie. Roy's responsibility on one of those (where he hit Crumpler) was to guard the TE. But he CAN'T guard both players which he essentially was forced to do. He picked his poison and took Vick's security blanket in Crumpler.

It's not Ware. It's not Roy. It's either Akin or most likely Bradie James.

It's Bradie James. On that TD to the FB, Roy took Crumpler, DeMarcus is after Vick so Bradie has the FB.
