Who is in charge of this defense?

Is this defense Zimmer's responsibility, or Parcells'?

I'm curious as to the breakdown on how many people think Zimmer vs. Parcells is responsible.

I think that it's Parcells system, but Zimmy is in charge of running it. As far as I am concerned, Zimmy has no business running any defense.

well according to most things I read on here. It is BPs defense when we do well and Zimmers defense when we do bad

It's Parcells defense, but he is leaving the schemes and playcalling up to Zimmer. Now in his defense, he is inexperienced with the 34, however, he is a professional and is probably learning along with his players. (Scary thought) However, certain things are the same regardless of what scheme you are running.
