This is a simple question.

Do the Eagles make Nick Sirianni more hatable or does Nick Sirianni make the Eagles more hatable? Maybe it is a symbiotic relationship because both are despisable on their own.

Conversely for non-Cowboys fans, Does Jerry Jones make the Cowboys more hated or do the Cowboys make Jerry Jones more hated? This one is tougher because many non-cowboys fans probably love Jerry because of what he is doing to the Cowboys sort of like Dan Snyder to the Football Team.

Not sure on the Eagles they do great by themselves causing people to despise them and their fans.

I definitely think those people who despise the Cowboys despise the Cowboys because of Jerry Jones, not the team itself. I’m positive about that.

The Cowboys were once deeply respected when Tom Landry and Jimmy Johnson were here. But many people never forgot the way Tom Landry was fired nor did they forget the demise of a once great team by Jerry Jones after Jimmy Johnson left.

So as someone who lives in a non-Cowboy fan area (New England), Jerry and the Cowboys are more viewed as a pathetic joke as opposed to hated. If we were good we'd be hated, just like people nationally came to hate the Patriots. People dont like how often the Boys are on TV because they feel like they've "seen this movie before" but that's different. Also the fan base is viewed as whiny and entitled and a bunch of losers who decided they were too "special" to root for the local team, but usually it's some kind of compensating mechanism.

Yes, we are currently a laughingstock. I hate the look of pity when someone finds out I'm a Cowboys fan.

Concur 100%

Couple decades ago, they find out your a Cowboys fan, they were instantly agitated and accuse you of being a frontrunner

These days, they basically attempt to console you, almost as if a close family member just passed away:laugh:

This is an incorrect answer. The Cowboys hate was all about being so successful and so visible. It was envy. The same reason why the Chiefs are hated today and the 90s Cowboys were certainly hated as well.

While the success has stopped the visibility hasn't, making them possibly even more easy to hate. We're still the show. We don't even have to win anymore. People hate that.

Jerry Jones has no role in this. Why would anyone who hates the Cowboys hate Jerry Jones? He's the best thing that could ever happen to them. They love Jerry for it.

The Eagles were hatable long before Siriani arrived. This goes back to Buddy Ryan for me.
100% agreed

One of the reasons I bristle when people mention Rex Ryan as DC

#1 I don't think he's all that like others seem to think

But #2 I don't want that bloodline anywhere near our team. Never could stand that old basturd
