Yea, I thought they were going to just be completely gassed and get handled...that never really happened.

The thing I like about that group that was in there tonight is that they are all high motor guys. Ware isn't, Spencer isn't, and the pursuit was better overall as a result. It isn't the most talented group, but they are going to consistently outwork the Oline.

Also, hat's off to Hatcher. He played a MAN'S GAME tonight.

Yeah, Hatcher has emerged as a real leader on defense. The guy leads by example; he plays hard.

To do that though, you've probably gotta be targeting a guy who is 25 or under and a really, really good player. I'm not sure how many of those guys are out there that other teams would be willing to part with.

I am more concerned with our rb situation. I'm starting to believe that the most important member of our dline is marinelli and that we'll somehow be ok as long as he's coaching up our guys even if they are a bunch of no names.
