Clayton (like he knows) said Wade would be making some coaching decisions, but seemed to think (like many) that Bowles will get the DC job

he did say that Wade might hire his son as QB coach

According to some reports he wanted to change the D to a 4-3 D and JJ didn't want to do that.

or at least they might play with some fire, passion, and heart for a change.

I really think Garrett and Sporano need to both be CO-coordinators.

I think Singletary would complete a quality coaching staff. I want someone to bring the heat. I think Phillips will, but probably not the way Singletary can.

It doesn't matter. Philips stated in his interview with Mick that he was going to be calling the defense. I think we should be more concerned with who is going to be the "real" offensive coordinator between Sparano and Garret. Is Garret ready and did Jerry make him the O coordinator. What if Sparano is a better choice?

probably not, but he probably had in his mind all along that Phillips and Norv were 1a and 1b...could've easily talked to either of them before officially hiring Garrett to get their approval

I know this sounds crazy, but do you think there is a chance Vinny Testaverde might be considered for QB Coach. Romo has talked many times about how much Vinny effected his career in just one season. Garrett followed a similar path into coaching.
