Who is Practice Squad Eligible?

Anyone have a complete list of all the Cowboys players that are Practice Squad Eligible? I know the rookies are but who else is?

I sent an e-mail to Jean-Jacques Taylor but I thought maybe somebody on this board would know.

basically anyone who hasn't already been on the PS 2 years and who hasn't played more than 9 games as an active player.

I'm not sure of the specific rules, but anyone that has spent significant time on an active roster can't be on a practice squad. I also think that a person can only be on a practice squad for a couple of years and after that a team has to either put him on the active roster or let him go.

Basically we have a group of LB's I'm not sure about. But a full list would come in handy.
