The most shocking thing on this list is that Peters is on it. How in the world was he not drafted??

Wasn't Peters a TE in college? I am still surprised he was undrafted.

Ironically, both were UDFAs - Romo following the 2003 draft, Peters the same situation a year later.
Romo___162 games total (regular seasons + playoffs); 103 QB starts.
Peters___245 games total (rs + ps); 226 starts on the OLine.
I honestly didn’t think about Peters being undrafted

I was irritated as hell when he got that last extension . Ironically enough he probably played his best during that one

Witten not so much
Irritated at Jerry, I'm sure. That last extension was simply Jerry trying desperately to get under the cap after past horrific mgmt.

All Good things must come to an end?? If so that 2 part episode was an awesome way to end the series.
I agree All Good Things... was an excellent end for Star Trek: The Next Generation but that particular scene is from the finale season of Picard. :)

98-2009 vs 2005-2016 I’d never guess Romo would earn that much more. Sign of the times I guess
It would be interesting to see how the salaries compare when you figure in league finances. For example, the salary cap in 2009 was $123 million, and it was $155 million in 2016. Now, it's $224 million. When Warner started in 1998, it was $51.5 million. The 2009 cap was more than double the 1998 cap.

It’s not too shocking as he played QB in the modern era, but I’m surprised Tony is #1 overall.
Salary is one of the most obvious stats that has to be normalized to time period to compare players historically.

Properly normalized, Warren Moon should top the list.

Doesn't generalize to the pre cap era.

Moon was a franchise QB for 15 years, and HOF. By a reasonable metric he's likely the winner.

The highest yearly salary Johnny Unitas ever had was $125,000.
The creator if the list with Front Office Sports was lazy. The salaries should be normalized ti either inflation or average player salaries during the time the player played to be truly meaningful.

It’s the same with stats. Comparing player stats between eras should be normalized to each players peers when they actually played. A 1000 yard season in a 12 game season is way more impressive than in a 17 game season.

Ahhh! I have not watched one episode I am ashamed to say. By the time I figured out where to find it I lost interest. I think Paramount + but CBS did a terrible job in promoting this-IMHO

You are right. It is on Paramount+. The streamer has a ton of stuff it does not promote well, so I agree with you 100%.

Star Trek: Picard has only three seasons with ten episodes each. I enjoyed all three seasons but the third and final season is the best. And the final season can be thoroughly enjoyed without having to first watch the first two seasons.
