If you say Ed Mcmahon and google him with Publishers Clearing House. They say he never was a spokesperson for them. Mandela Effect or just a lot of people misremembering things?

Maybe he wasn't a spokesman, but he had something to do with it. I'm certain of it ..... aren't I?

Whoever it was, I hate them. Never won jack and I hated the magazines, especially Popular Mechanics, because I don't know any and if I have to be a mechanic to be popular, I am not sure I want it.

It was Johnny Carson's sidekick. I don't care how often he denies it. He was the face and voice in those commercials early on.

Don't worry, Coach! You'll always be popular with us even though you can't fix our cars. By the way, how are you with plumbing?

huh. I would have swore he did Publisher's, but I was a kid and didn't really pay attention, so probably just me not caring enough to remember.

I had to google it. McMahon worked for American Family Publishers, not PCH. What a surprise. Who knew?

Ahh...another Mandela thread. On goes the mysteries of Gilligan's hat never being white but tan, Fruit of the Loom cornucopia never existed, Dolly never had braces in Moonraker, ...the list goes on and on. :)

Benzomatic never existed as it was always Bernzomatic...

I'm still waiting for the Mandela effect to where the Cowboys won 3 more Super Bowls than previously thought...
