Who is your Rico Gathers?

I’d love to find a Ratliff, but I said Gathers because he was ex basketball and was a developmental guy. A guy with huge upside but is a project.

Maybe I should have said a Bob Hayes type player? I’m all for experimenting with an NCAA sprinter or 6’10” WR.

I like a sleeper draft pick, with tremendous boom or bust potential in the 7th round. We have the first pick in the 7th which may give us first choice of these type players. We have two other 7ths as well.

Jalin Conyers TE Texas Tech (also Az St) is guy that had a ho-hum career but tested real well that may go late.

Jaydon Blue RB Texas may go late because of all the RBs and he's a speed ball.

The Cowboys aren't drafting a QB. I wish they were but they won't. Have to protect Dak's fragile ego.

Maybe not. All I know is they met with him and I’ve liked him for months. I’d be thrilled to get him on the roster late in the draft. He’s a smart player, great athlete, and hard worker.

Yeah I get it. That's why I said good post, because it is always harder to find that needle in haystack type developmental player, thus great thing to discuss. Just Rico had all this hype and was such a huge disappointment is all. Never meant to rag on your post just Rico. Before the college playoffs I had Skattebo as a late round sleeper since he wasn't anyone radar till after his playoff run.
