I have been saying it was Davis, but it was definitely on Dowdle. He completely whiffed...however I think Davis as the personal protector should have been there to chip the rusher. He just watched and went up the middle as the guy ran past Dowdle. Pretty sucky for both. Dowdle's second huge mistake.

Yes, he completely whiffed...but Davis is supposed to the personal protector and he didn't even look to the edges, just went straight up field. Bad play by both.

Agreed. I watched it multiple times thinking he stepped and blocked the other side.

Just count off the defender from the center each way. Definitely was Dowdle's guy. PP probably figured he was blocked because they had plenty to block it up.
