Greg Ellis - needs to go
Pac Man - needs to go, idiot fumbles and can't tackle
Tank Johnson - gone
Cory Proctor - gone
Zach Thomas I love but to old
Brad Johnson - we need competition
Anthony Henry - has lost a step and cant tackle

Miles Austin needs to start instead of Patrick Crayton, we need 22 jason wittens, and players with some heart

Any other opinions

Why is no one mentioning Sherman as a coach who needs to go?

He's on the top of my list.

Needs to go that might actually go -

Bruce Read
Brian Stewart
Ray Sherman


Players that need to go -

Tank Johnson (He's already pretty much made it clear he's gone and I am not upset about that at all)

Zach Thomas (Love the guy but he's made it clear this isn't the fit for him. See ya later)

Adam Jones (I can't see what he actually brought to the table this year that makes him worth keeping but I also realise he's going no where)

Spears/Canty (One of the two is likely gone. I'd rather keep Canty, truth be told, and see what we can do to improve our D-Line with someone other than Spears)

Proctor (There can be no mistake here this piece of crap absolutely has to go. It can't even be questioned he must go.)

Anthony Henry (Unless they for sure move him to safety then this guy has to be gone. he can't cut it at corner anymore, even if you made him the 4th corner he'd get you killed)

Changes of position that would benefit, IMO -

Ratliff being moved back to DE where he belongs.

Henry moving to FS where he'd be a better player. Of course I'm a Roy Williams fan and I'd much rather have him at SS, then Hamlin, so I wouldn't be upset to have Hamlin and Roy back there as the safeties again next year but maybe using Henry as a backup safety to get Roy off the field on passing downs.

FA/Draft Wish Lists for Upgrading team -

Ray Lewis for LB
A Big hulking mamoth of a NT. A real space eater.
Quality depth along the O-Line, especially at the the LT and LG positions.
Quality depth in the D-line and secondary (Mostly at the safety position)
BETTER SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYERS!!!!! This is a must.
