I'm thinking it's Newman. He has not been very consistent all season and the secondary, and defense, can use his leadership. I think the offense will be okay against the Chargers but the defense is against the 8-ball.

from last week to this:
Offense: Running game and O-Line
Defense: Everyone beside Jenkins.
ST: Everyone X2.

This would be the correct answer to this game and every game from this point forward.

Absolutely agree with you Ramp. 100%.

I'd like to think guys like Ratliff, Ware, Witten, and Brooking have stepped as far as possible without pulling a hammy.

Every single person can always give more. That's how teams get better. Everyone gives that much more.

exactly Brave. it's time for everyone on the team to play better including Ratliff,Ware and the rest of the team including all the fan favorites. it's never good enough unless you're holding that trophy at the end of the year.

Rampage said it correctly. everyone from the players to the coaches to anyone saving a job, wants to save the post season to anyone involved in the organization. Step up and do better.

It's actually the correct answer for all 16 games plus those in the postseason should we be so lucky to make it.

Fans act like some games in the regular season don't count. It's maddening sometimes.

edit: and don't take my words for saying that the Cowboys are lucky to make it to the postseason if they do - I'm quite sure all 32 teams feel their entire team needs to step up week in and week out, regardless of the opponent.
