Who should Jerry go out and get for HC

If your Jerry Jones you would think that he has to hit a home run as a coach... I know that Pete Carroll turned down the Miami Dolphins job but would he possibly come to Dallas? I could see Jerry trying to get Charlie Wiess... But whoever it is I just hope that they are a offensive minded person... I would prefer to go the college route or one of many assistants in the league... But I would stay away from the retreads...

Some others could be Wade Phillips, Norv Turner, Dennis Green but again I would prefer to stay away from the retreads... Maybe Arkansas coach Nutt might be the answer as Jerry is close to Arkansas... I can see the Bob Stoops post but I just don't see him being a good fit...

Well, if you want an offensive minded coach, that's Norm Chow. He's the best offensive mind in the NFL IMO.
