If we get to the playoffs who would be a better option for us Detroit or atlanta?

Detroit easily because they don't have much of a defense or run game for that matter.

Atlanta doesn't have that great of a defense either, and a poorer offense. Plus, Ryan hasn't showed he can play well in the playoffs yet. They do have a better running game. They also have a pretty scary kick returner.

I guess I'd rather play Detroit as well. Gives us a chance for a little revenge - although I have no confidence in our ability to get to Stafford or cover Johnson.

its a toss up..i honestly have no idea...im going to watch the falcons closely tonight

Neither one...

I don't care. My goal was to win the NFC East and get there. At 9-7 it's going to be less than I wanted, but I'll take it.

By the way, in our 52 year History we've had only two .500 seasons. 1965 and 1999.

Jink!

Although I'd love some payback against Detroit, I prefer Atlanta for a few reasons.

I believe Detroit is a little hotter and has the better QB. I always look at QB first and get a warm and fuzzy when I feel ours is better. Romo>Ryan........Romo=Stafford. And they did beat us at home regardless of how it happened. They'd come here with a little more comfort and confidence than Atlanta would.

Because I feel they're a little better and have the better QB, I believe they could give the Saints all they could handle in New Orleans and perhaps open up a return trip for us to SF in round two. I don't believe Atlanta could or would beat the Saints, so our RD 2 opponent would be GB.

BTW I believe the odds strongly favor Atlanta to be the #4 seeds matchup.

Romo is way better than both Stafford and Ryan. He's more accurate and a much better decision maker. Yeah Stafford has more passings yards and TD's, but that's only because he's attempted 120 more passes.

To be honest, none of them really stand out much from the other. If we were to somehow get passed the Giants, the reason I am going with Detroit is so we can get back at them from what occurred earlier.

IF we were to face the Falcons, that would be fine too. Im fine with facing the Niners too. Its the other two teams that are WHOA.

That's good. I believe Detroit can beat the 49ers and have to face Green Bay. I'll take my chances against New Orleans (even though I think they are the Super Bowl winner over New England) in better weather for the Divisional round and a better Cowboys fan show up.

We can root for any of the 12 playing in the playoffs that aren't Dallas imo.

You think the Saints are getting the two seed? I thought the Niners had the inside track for it. Don't they just need to win in St Louis next weekend?

Our last one got the second year head coach canned.

I just don't see us making the playoffs.

How could you or anyone else?

I mean we have to go to NY and beat the 8-7 Giants who have been collectively outscore by their first 15 opponents this year.

The Giants have been an unbeatable 3-4 at home this year including losses in their last 3.

Romo is 2-1 against the Giants in NY going back to 2006.

We won there last season with Kitna.

Ya only an idiot would suggest we could win there this Sunday and make the Playoffs.

I think the Saints are the best team in the NFC but the one we match up best with. I do think they can land the 2 seed.

Gailey got the shaft IMO. I didn't like him, but he was way better than Campo.
