Who still thinks Rams will be a cake walk with oline issues?

For the "we will be fine" people...…………………...are you still confident the Cowboys are going to win this weekend?

I have given some more thought to this and I think it will be a loss and a rude awekening

So hard to get out of the Garrett mindset. Its been so long. If Garrett was coach, this would be a loss. MM and the element of surprise are the advantage that we have. With our secondary being a big weakness no lead will be safe. DT is the strength of their defense so running up the middle will be tough. Can the line hold up long enough for Dak the passing game to get off? Lots of questions to be answered. I am a firm believer that an offense goes as the line goes.

If Dak is pressured I expect the offense to be terrible.

Right Tackle has to step up.

So if the line cant protect the QB, the QB will struggle? That's some genius stuff right there.

Can the OC adjust? Will Dak take off when he should? Will they go to a more quick passing attack? Screens? We shall see.

Catch says
:hammer:

They did. I recall a post a week or so ago about how the Cowboys should be 6-0 or 5-1 after the first 6 games and plenty of people agreeing.

The post was specifically started by Diehardblues.

You mean like the cakewalk we had against them last season? I dont know, maybe. We are supposed to better than last year's team and from everything I've read they are supposed to be worse. Its why they play the game.

Yeah the Rams are a legit football team and we are coming off of a 8-8 season and have plenty of questions that need answering.

Not even Rockport could pom pom his way into thinking this could be a cake walk.

You do realize they were not a good team last year and our 8-8 team put a beat down on them last season right? and folks think they are worse this year. . Curious why you think the way you do.

If we seriously can't win with one missing tackle then what was the point of firing Garrett? McCarthy won a SB with at least 2 starting O-lineman missing, so yes, I expect to win. It sounds like the secondary will be healthy and Woods/Chido will play. I just hope Diggs and Lamb can adjust to the NFL game after about one quarter, lol.

I think we have a HC that can adjust. This O-Line has been going against our improved D-Line, so if MM sees our O-Line struggling he will have already adjusted. I wonder if Collins was out of shape but could have played if needed. Perhaps he wasn’t needed as bad as we thought. We will find out.

I'm sure this staff will bother to account for the idea that their starting RT isnt available and either get him some help, and/or adjust play calling accordingly.

Wouldn't be something the robot had within his ability as a coach.
