Who surprised and disappointed during TC and Preseason

Surprised: Guyton. There are a few others, and a 1st rounder probably shouldn't qualify as a " surprise for TC and and Preseason, but Guyton looked like he is ready to face top tier pass rushers. I wasn't expecting that right now. His work on Crosby was excellent

Disappointment: Spann-Ford. There was a belief (shared by me) that he could possibly be a quality contributor in 2024 as a UDFA. However once the pads came on he looked like he didnt belong in the NFL
