They already said Hill filled in when McCoy went down. When Poe gets back then you will probably see Crawford move over at the 3T

Now, if Hill can put some heart behind his natural talent then he could play into the equation, but that's a big if.

Crawford was going 1st team 1T over Woods? I hope that was just for nickel, and wasn't true in 3LB, run defense sets.

Could have been they planned on cutting Woods. Sounds like it. I think they've said 4DTs.

The plan all along was to do a rotation, due to McCoy's age if for no other reason. He wasn't all that effective last year at Carolina, Cowboys weren't planning on him to be the next Randy White, he was picked to hold the fort to let Hill or Gallimore get some playing time in.

So it'll be a rotation, nobody will get more than maybe 40% of the snaps.

Crawford.....for now. I'm guessing they'll push Hill and Gallimore pretty hard the next couple weeks in practice to see if they're trustworthy for the season. Otherwise, I suspect they'll keep an eye one the wavier wire or maybe a low-level trade.

He’s about as far from a 3T as you can get and still be a Defensive lineman.

Aren't the reports on Gallimore that he is country strong? I think he still has a ton to learn though it will be an uphill battle for him, but he needs to get the experience.
