It's certainly possible. It does require beating a very tough at home Bears team first though. Then you have to avoid potential let down games against the Rams and Bills. Both are better than their current 0-2 records I think.

Yes-the Pats are THAT good(cheating or no)-you can't deny how well coached and well prepared they are, videotape or no. FWIW-if the Skins had tried to pull this "cheating" off, Dan Snyder would REALLY be the laughing stock of the NFL instead. Anyhow-the Pats aren't Indy(probably the worst Super Bowl champion we've seen ever).

But IF we can get past Chicago(it's not going to be easy, Rex or no), 5-0 is a possibility.

We will torch the Rams D they are awful. Bad tackling, their best CB hurt and nothing much else to speak of. They had to put their first round DE at DT for obvious reasons, their DT's are bad.

Certainly, also by the time they play Dallas the trends may make them desperate for victory, I expect hard fought performances by both squads.

Well-when we beat an AFC Powerhouse team(Colts) last year, it was THE highest pt of our season, especially on national tv. However-the Colts, even now, aren't GREAT(their run D still blows chunks)-but they somehow keep getting the job done.

To me-even without the cheating-the Pats ARE great(and head and shoulders above the Colts)-if you think they're going to be an easy task at TX Stadium, then think again.

The Pats are on a level that no other team can touch at this moment. But I'd love to see us both be undefeated in that showdown. Last year, we could tell we had a good chance at beating Indy. This year, it could be the same. I hope Newman can be back by then. The NE-Boys game will be a huge gut check. We'll see how Romo does. I have faith that he is our starting QB and he can take us to the promise land. But playing the Pats is a different story. I do think we have all the offensive players needed to frustrate that team. But defensively is where I would be nervous. Without Newman, that team can really expose us. They can go 5 Wide from the start.

This should be a fun season.

Get back to me on the December performance, I'll reserve judgement until then.

I've seen one too many December collapses to start worrying about what our record will be in October...

Post season is what counts, not the middle of the regular season.
