Who to root for in Seattle/Skins & Tampa/Giants Games?

Anybody have any ideas who we should root for in next weekend's wild card games?

Since I live outside the Tampa area, I plan on rooting for the Bucs against the Giants. Also plan on rooting for Seattle against the Skins. I believe it's best that our 2 NFC East division rivals be eliminated since we've seen enough of both. Also I want to see their faces when both lose in the opening playoff round. If Tampa and Seattle win, the Cowboys will play Tampa in Dallas the next week & Seattle will travel to GB to take on the Packers. If the Cowboys are healthy and bring their "A" game, we can beat any team and that starts with Tampa. I do believe Seattle will lose to the Packers and we will end up playing GB again in Dallas. Again, if we bring our "A" game, we beat the Packers who won't have any excuses this time when they lose to us for the 2nd time.

I rarely root for any team not named Cowboys, but after the recent barking from resident Commanders fans, I'm seriously tempted to root for Seattle. It's a very strong temptation.

sigh :(

Can you imagine the gleam that will be in Romo's eye if that were to happen?

I want brutal close games that force each winner to use every play they have offensively and defensively so that they have no suprises left when they play us; and are beaten up and battered.

Then Jessica Simpson comes storming out on the field, meeting Romo at the star when the clock hits zero and the media doesn't know how to react b/c Dallas is supposed to lose when she attends

I'm going to the 2 home teams in Seattle and Bucs for no particular reason other than I think having the game at home gives the Hawks and Bucs a slight edge.

your team is the Dallas Cowboys, so I would say you want the divison rivals to lose, just for the fact that they are your rivals

Root for Seattle as I just want the Skin's out of it so I don't have to hear how they are headed for the Super Bowl.

On Monday I was listening to Doc Walker (Ex Commander Tight End) on Sports Talk 980 in the morning and the other announcer asked Doc in his opinion whether or not TO would be back for the playoffs and Doc said he didn't give a Damn about the Cowboys and didn't want to talk about them. Real professional journalism there. If they would have asked what about the Patriots being 16 and I'm sure Doc would have said he didn't give a Damn about them either. Bottom line is when your on the air (IMO) try to stay above the fray and actually act like someone who can be objective and has a brain and not be a jerk. Just one persons opinion of course.

It's our duty as Cowboys fans to root against the NFC East teams. We hate them, remember? :)

.

I think Seatle has been holding there cards in real tight for awhile. Hasselback and the his WR are in sync and winning without Alexander. Thats scary. I think the skins will see a heavy dose of MR. Shawn Alexander and then Hasselback will make'em pay.

Biggest Sleeper team in the NFC playoffs (seatle) Holgrem has a plan.

But I hope the Commanders win, Because I want Dallas to stomp the SKins. in re-turn for the awful game they played last week
