I did not get to hear what happened on the interception, was that on Romo or Williams? Roy did not look like he was expecting the ball at all.

Also, can someone talk me down off the ledge with Roy? He just does not look any better than Crayton right now. He alligator armed one short pass and for the second week in a row, he could not juke a man in a "one on one" situation to get a couple of yards for a first down. What is up with him?????

Eh, Tony threw it up in the hopes that he could make a play and Roy didn't look. I don't think it was really anybody's fault.

More likely everybody's fault.

Based off of Tony's PC it's Garrets fault. He said the Eagles caught up the fact that Jason Witten is the hot read. The Eagles blitzed, covered Jason as the Hot so Tony had little time to try and throw high to Roy quickly. The ball wasn't set right in his hand and sailed for the INT.

I am very concerned with this Roy Williams trade. We gave up alot for a player who we would have gotten in FA next year.

He hasn't shown much, and all I hear about is how he runs poor routes.

This trade was a bust for us THIS YEAR. Maybe it works out for us in coming years, but as of now, it was a horrible trade for us.

who cares who's fault it was at this point...it was an awful play by two guys that looked like they had never practiced together, which is what the team in general looked like today.

bingo.

romo chucks it up way too often when under pressure. he should have been picked early in the game with a softball to TO also.

this is on the coaches & GM who hired them.

I was a mild proponent of the Roy trade. I didn't think it changed much for us concerning this season, but liked its long-term implications initially.

We can now look at the trade in hindsight though. Look, this is a results-driven business and the results speak to the fact that he brought NOTHING to the team this year. He didn't regularly open things up for others, no one feared him, we never utilized him, etc.

Why? Is he not as good as billed? Was he not in synch with Romo? Didn't know the system? Banged up?

Who knows and, frankly, who cares. The results, so far, show that the trade isn't working out in our favor.

Maybe that will change next year. But so far, it's certainly a head scratcher -- for whatever reason.

Three words.

Joey Galloway Trade.

Yah this one is up there. And will probably come back to bite us in the arse. I do see a few guys who could help us in this coming draft. Example:Taylor Mays, Jeremy Macklin, and there are a handful of guys coming out who could help this oline out.

Jerrah tried the quick fix and failed tremendously. He is a horrible GM.

Roy Williams was going to be traded to someone this year. He was never going to make it to FA.

defender has position the whole time... Romo's fault for not recognizing it.

You cant bash him afetr the fact for making a move that 99.9% of people believed (and agreed) needed to be made.

RW was a damn good WR in Detroit, we (and Jerry, who made the call) all had the right to believe that adding RW here would have a huge impact on our offense. Now whether he was ever 100%, didnt try hard enough etc etc we dont know, but he was a very very gifted player in Detroit.

WRs who aren't ready for the ball bothers me.

Yeah exactly. The WRs are supposed to be aware of a blitz and be ready for the ball to come out. I have no idea why he wasn't even looking. He could have made a play for it or broken it up. Does anybody remember Irvin getting called for PI in SBXXX? He made sure that the ball was not picked. He had his QB's back and would do anything to help his team. I finally had the stomach to look at the reaction after this game and it's just ridiculous. The O-line was a joke. The defense came up small and special teams always seem to suck. To blame Romo for this loss is beyond moronic. The guy had no time. Have you seen what Peyton looks like when he gets that kind of pressure? Did you see Brady in the SB? No protection = no passing game. It's amazing he wasn't sacked 11 times. Aikman would have been (and WAS against the Eagles back in his prime) and any QB would likely have had a couple of picks to boot today. Romo makes mistakes, but he also makes MANY more good plays than bad (check out his record and rating). This was a disaster on all fronts and I feel bad that our QB wasn't given a chance to do anything.

I worry about our O-line. I worry about our safeties. I worry about our inside LB. I worry about our special teams. I even worry about the mindset of our WRs. I don't worry about our QB. I will still take him over just about any QB in football. That's not rose-colored glasses. I've seen every snap the man has ever taken. There were certainly coaching, injury and protection issues this year. He has room to grow and will. We need coaching changes because this team is ill-prepared and does not appear to respect their coaches. Another problem is simply that some guys just don't seem to care enough. I don't think that's a problem with Ware, Witten, Barber, Romo, Choice, Ratliff, Davis or Newman (even though he didn't play great today). I don't know if I'll ever get as into football again. I'll watch every game and root, but I feel like I was duped. I have been waiting to avenge last year's BS ending and THIS is how they go down? I don't want to hear anything football-related for a long time. If this same staff returns, I feel little reason for optimism. What a waste of talent. I can't believe we followed up last season's disappointment with this. What a waste...
