That is correct. I remember it like it was only 4 months ago. I'm very interested in seeing him in preseason. A year of learning and getting his body into NFL shape should make a big difference. I wouldn't mind if he played the 2nd half against Detroit in a couple of weeks.

That would be a good sight.

That's to say we beat Philly, and NO loses to the Giants or Panthers.

And that we build a first half lead against Detroit to feel good about letting Flozell rest.

No other reason to pull Flozell in my opinion, sadly.

I do not think it was McQ. Because he said last year the house was dark. But this year the light was on but dim and if it ever did come all the way on he would be a great player.

McQ was not on our team last year so it could not have been him.

I don't think it was McQuistan. He referred to the lights not being on LAST YEAR, but that their starting to turn on. Something to that effect. I think it was Thompson too.

I wish some reporter would ask Parcells about how McQ, and to some degree Procter, are doing in practice. Now that's a question Parcells would probably enjoy answering.

I'd like to hear what Parcells thinks about McQuistan's progress too.

I wonder if Parcells would give an informative answer, or one of these standards:

"I'm not going into some sort of State of The Union here."

"He's doing o.k."
