Well as I said I would be making one of these every week the day following the game, the results so far this season are as follows:

Week 1: Sean Lee
Weak 2: Tony Romo

Now it's time for week 3's MVP to be crowned. Not as many candidates as last week but still quite a few, my vote is going to Dan Bailey. 6 kicks! If he was our kicker in 2009 we would have another Lombardi right now.

Bailey is not a bad choice. I think Felix coming through late in the game despite the separated shoulder stepped up. Lee had another good game as did Ware and Spencer. But mine would have to go to Romo

great poll..really are a few players that could conceivably win this thing..

im going with Romo..guy was essentially working by himself on offense..sure witten was solid but the skins did everything in their power given our situation to eliminate him..

I could have voted for any of them on the list. I went with Bailey. It was a nice change to see the field goals go right down the middle. And 6 of them too.

This one is tough. I thought Lee made more of an overall impact on the outcome of the game. In the end he came up with the final fumble recovery that won the game. Romo is a close second. I thought the defense played well enough to give Romo a chance to win the game. Spencer would have been my 3rd choice with the final sack/fumble.

I wanted to say Romo, but for an offense that couldn't score TD's and what we weren't sure we had at K pulling through for 6 FG's (That weren't all chip shots, btw) I had to say Bailey. Plus, Romo had gotten it the week before. I think something like this could do a lot for Bailey and his confidence.

Just because of the fact that we've needed a kicker for so long I had to go Bailey.

Glad to see you agreed with me and I was in the same predicament, I was close to go Spencer due to the forced fumble at the end of the game.

This one was a tough choice when the game was over last night. So many guys stepped up through out the game to make big plays when it was needed.

Lee, Ware, Spencer, Dez, Bailey, Felix, Romo, all of them.

In the end I simply couldn't go beyond Romo for the reason that he not only stepped up and made plays when needed but he did so with inexperienced WR's not knowing even where to line up, or what route to run. With an O-Line not playing it's best game and particularly with a Center who was doing everything he could to give turnovers away to the Skins.

That's not to even mention the fact that he was playing with cracked ribs to begin with.

When I thought about the game today it became pretty clear to me, with all that factored in, Romo definately has to be the MVP of the game last night for me.

No doubt Bailey was clutch but I've got to give the nod to Romo. The Skins were tough last night and I don't know that Kitna could have moved the offense like Romo did in light of all the mistakes from the Center and WRs. Romo did a lot of motivating, coaching, and perservering last night. If Romo doesn't do what he did then Bailey doesn't get the opportunities, especially on that last drive where he got the ball to Bryant that ultimately led to the winning field goal.

1. Dan Bailey

2. Sean Lee

3. Tony Romo
3T. Anthony Spencer

4. Felix Jones

5. Demarcus Ware/Jason Witten.

No Miles Austin??;)

If he played Bailey probably wouldnt have needed to kick 6 fgs lol. He proved how important he is to our team by not playing and look at how we performed.

Co-MVP Lee and Ware... I'm sorry but we don't win if either of those guys don't do what they did.

I do have to agree with some of the other posters.. I really want to say Romo as well but then there is Lee but what about Ware.. but but Romo.... Lee.... Ware.... urk! I think my brain exploded... not that big of a loss really. ;)

Gah this is a tough one so ill go with the guy who scored all the points and made kicking look easy.

Obviously we don't win without Romo but i'll go with Bailey for week 3.

Nore do we win without the kicker putting 6 through the uprights. All are good choices, but there was nobody that exclusively was the guy we couldn't have won without. The same could be said of several players.
