Basically the same player it's just rivers did it longer.

They where both consistent top 10 pro bowl caliber QBs for there careers.

Both occasionally showed glimpse of being elite but for the most part hung around the top 6-8 range with rivers doing so for a longer time frame

That’s going to keep him out of the HOF.
He'll eventually get in. I don't think it's possible to be 8x pro bowl at one of the big 3 positions (DE, LT, QB) and not make Canton, especially since it's not like the non existent chargers fanbase was voting him it (his 8 pro bowls was pretty much all coaches and players voting him in which says ALOT)

Romo, Rivers had the pedigree and his teams failed more than Romo's. If Romo is considered not quite good enough then neither is Rivers which is a bigger disappointment considering where he was drafted.

Eventually, we will get to:

Who was better, Romo or Batman?

Who would make a better Vampire, Romo or Jerry?

That's just unfair... Batman would come in and take any team to the SB and win every year he was QB...because he's Batman.

They were about even at their best but Romo didn't play very long so Rivers gets the nod.

Which super bowl are you talking about you blimey beep beep? Neither went, get your facts together before another dumb post.
I will never believe your mum again even in her throes of ecstasy!!!!

Didn't Rivers play in the Super Bowl?
Romo could not even sniff a Super Bowl.
Even if that were true, it wouldn't be indicative of the QB's talent. If that were the case, Mark Rypien would be considered better than either of them.

Zekeats mum was half correct (as usual). The charges went to the super bowl in 1994. But rivers was too young.

Rivers had Norv Turner, Romo had Wade and Garrett. I know Norv wasn't viewed as a great coach by any means but I would have loved to see Romo with Norv coaching him during his formative years.

I can't stand you, you annoy the crap out of me. I was 100% correct and don't talk about peoples mums you blimey fool.
