I'm pretty confident you already know the answer to this. Apparently you're above reproach? I'm also quite confident when I stand before my maker of choice, the one thing I won't have to answer for is judging those that I truely know nothing about. How 'bout you?

I just hope you’re never picked for a jury, as for these guys going to hell that is between them and their maker as for their criminal behavior goes we as a society have every right to look down on their acts

:lmao2: :laugh2: I'm not a lady, but...

I remember that! I still don't know what player it was! That was funny as hell...and, it really looked like that player did it on purpose!

I would go with McQuistan. It would make Barney much more entertaining and current.
Good call.

We can use all players though...don't limit yourself.

Quincy Carter...bar none. The fact that we traded up to acquire this worthless dunderhead still remains JJ's biggest blunder.
What was even more pathetic was the supposed Cowboy fans who defended his piss poor play and crowed how "vastly talented" he was. It seemed as if some were more interested in making excuses for the Q then they were about our won-loss record. I also tired of hearing the lame argument how Q "led us" to the playoffs. That too is a joke. Q was only along for the rider. A stout D and an easy as pie schedule got us to the playoffs. Q made sure we exited in the first round.

Well Drew Pearson would be the perfect Harris, but you said current.

McQuistan as Barney Miller
Chris Canty as Harris
Mark Colombo as WOJO
Gramatica as Fish

I cant remember the rest

Quincy didn't do anything to win that playoff game, but he was not alone in losing it. Newman decided to play like a rookie. Veteran Richie Anderson lost a fumble while the team was good scoring position. Terry Glenn disappeared in that game. Quincy was innaccurate. The whole team played rather poorly. As the QB, he had to raise his game and he didn't. The defense could not stop anyone that night.

S M A L L...brother!

I'm not a QC fan, I absoutely hated his play, however, he was not the worst player to ever play for the Cowboys! There have been much worse...get over him, he's just bad news...

I agree with all you say my friend. The blame does not fall entirely on him regarding the playoff game...nor can he said to be blameless. He was what he was - a lousy QB that we wasted our time with.
Remember his most popular pass play that season? It was the 2 yd dinks and dunks to Richie Anderson. He was a terrible waste.

You could not be more wrong. His most popular pass play was the jump pass off his back foot. The destination was still unknown on most of those passes. :D

Sorry 5 Stars, I'll stick with the Q as the worst ever simply because we wasted too much time screwing around with him. He should have been cast aside much sooner.

Don't get me wrong, I realize we've had a few miserable Stars over the past 40 years, but in almost all cases we got rid of them quickly and moved on. Septein was an exception as I belive he was around for about 7 years, but as soon as he was convicted of his perverted ways he was given the boot.

Q was the worst.

:lmao2: :lmao: :laugh2: You're right, I stand corrected. Another doozy was his famous scrambling slides that always ended up about 2 feet from the first down marker.
