Looks like Thomas is going to get first crack at it. I really don't care who it is, but in some ways, I like the fact that we're being forced to find out if these later-round picks can play. Realistically, none of them would be given a chance if Guyton were not hurt, whether they deserved it or not.He’s gonna get lots of reps so he will have a chance to show what he can do. It’s sux for Guyton because he’s really put in the work to get better. Missing pre season is huge for a young player
I'm not saying I'm happy that Guyton is hurt (he may be the best LT prospect we have). I'm just happy that we get the chance to find out if another player might be the better option at the position. If not, then it's absolutely fantastic that Guyton won't be out too long.
