Joe Brady would be another guy on my list.
Yup. Agreed. I wish Buffalo didnt grab Dorsey lol. But whatever.

My dream. Lincoln Riley as OC assistant HC. Get some new ideas and creativity into this offense. Like I said though. Dream.

I do.

If not, his answer to the question posed yesterday would have been an unequivocal “Yes”.
Sounded more to me like he was flabbergasted by what he thought was a stupid question and took the respectful route instead of saying “hey moron, he’s had a top offense 3 of 4 seasons and is being interviewed for head coaching positions”! But hey, you want to live in a fantasy that meets your agenda!

I am looking at who could excel as a OC here. And what scheme best fits this offense. Dan Mullen?
Mullen would be top of my list. He publicly doomed himself at Florida by admitting he didn't enjoy recruiting. He's always been known for QB development and obviously has a track record with our very own Dakota. He's also has a little coaching tree success with his former offensive coordinator Brian Johnson having great success as the Philadelphia Eagles QB coach. Johnson is another name I'd strongly consider and he's in the running for the Alabama job.

Johnson would be a major upgrade. Not only is he obviously good at development (look at Hurts) he is from a division rival and would be able to give us insight into their tendencies.

…or make Bill Callahan the OC and pull him away from the Browns.

(I know, I know… he won’t come here again)

He may not have complete authority, but he can have some influence.
But I don't look for it to happen.

I still think part of Moore's biggest problem was he needs to be in the booth and not on the field.
He needs to be as far away from this team as possible!!

Hmmm… sounded more to me like someone trying to be nice and give a little credence to someone he thought asked a moronic question!
Without hearing the presser, I don't know.
Folks here just kicking the scenerio around.
Food for thought and conversation.
