Could we get the word "replace" changed in the title? You don't replace Will McClay.

Jerry won't let Will go to another team. Money is not a factor and Will likes what he is doing in Dallas. Bottomline, as long as Will's family is happy here and the boss man is so generous with the financial compensation, Will isn't oing anywhere.

IRVING, Texas -- Considered one of the hot general manager candidates this offseason, Dallas Cowboys senior director of college and pro personnel Will McClay has decided to pass up on interview chances this offseason.

“I signed a deal last year and want to honor the commitment I made to the Cowboys and my family,” McClay said.
