I am starting to get this sneaky feeling in my gut that Julius Jones feels like the forgotten man, and is ready to take his place as the featured back for this team again. Barber has also got to be feeling pretty confident that he can do the job. Thompson has the speed to break off a big play at any time also. So the questions are: who will have the longest run from scrimmage of our 3 backs, and bonus points for guessing how long it will be.
Since i usually follow my gut instints, i think Julius will break one off for 27 yards at some point, probably early rather than later when we run a draw while the Eagles try a blitz. Your best guesses...?

Wow. You guys are giving the Eagles run D very little respect. This is the same unit that held LT to 7 yards just 3 weeks ago. They've been inconsistent this season but they're still a capable unit especially with the way they can blitz the run using Trotter. Plus they're at home. I think it's gonna be some tough sledding trying to run the ball tonight.

I'd be happy with 65-75 yds from Julius and another 25-35 from Barber. The important thing is to make them respect the run with a lot of attempts.
