It will probably depend on conditions such as amount of sun, wind, field temperature and the personal level of comfort.

Those who are running around a lot on the field may not be in as much of a need for sleeves compared to those who are relatively inactive.

The OL tend to carry extra insulation and may also not be in need of sleeves.

It is plain stupid to not wear the proper clothing for those temperatures. They should have as minimal of skin showing as possible.

I believe part of the reason we got blown out in Chicago last year was because we had a bunch of guys teying to be tough but they looked cold to me...
