Interesting, because technically Davis is on the team and Columbo isn't so Davis would technically been on the team first, but I'm guessing if Columbo does comeback he'll get the number since he was wearing it last year, or they'll just work it out between them.

The number belongs to Columbo but he can sell it to Davis. It has happened before.

The only way Columbo gets it if he makes it part of his resigning or Davis allows him to have it. Davis is part of the team, currrently Columbo is not. If he had signed first, then Davis would be without.
