The Spanos family after decades of failure and family members in the FO, finally turned the team over to Harbaugh. He has the team quickly headed in the right direction. Sad but at this point the sad sack Spanos are better owners than Jerry. Good thing Jerry got that last year out of McCarthy, am I right.

Mike Borgonzi asst GM Chiefs . Early 40’s young give him the keys the castle let him hire a coaching staff overhaul the nuts & bolts

At 82 Jerry should not be saying after the Falcons game the “ Cowboys are buyers “ up to the trade deadline .

Not that I think it’s going to happen, but if Jerry were to step down and hand the reins over to a real GM, who do you think would make a great GM?
Floatyworm......And I'm being serious

1st thing I would do is fix the mistakes.....Clean house
#4.....Gone
Trade Parsons for picks
Diggs.....trade
Zeke cut
Steele cut
Bring back this guy.....

Bring him back as what ?
HC.....Letting him out the door was a mistake. Was he ready???? Probably not.....but the problem under McCarthy was he couldn't ever fully implement his offense. It was always a cobbled mess of McCarthy's junk....Robert Prince junk....limited by a limited QB in Dak.

Troy Aikman has mentioned his interest in it before. It would be a huge PR win and I honestly think he'd be good at it.

Another name I'd be extremely interested in is Mark Azevedo from Baltimore.

I realize it will never hapen. Our egomaniac owner won't give up the title and remains the franchise's biggest obstacle to success.
