Are you serious? Before this year has Manning ever had a defense to take pressure off of him? Has Brady? If you don't see the correlation open your friggin eyes.

Look what he's doing with a defense on the other side. If you aren't impressed then you're too biased to ever learn.

There are 2 sides of the football and the New England defense was a machine. Not recognizing that is beyond foolish.

Manning does have a defense now so you have that. Manning's been very lucky/fortune to not have been crushed by Jacksonville.

Huh? He's hardly a daisy. He's not missed a game in his entire career.

*** are you talking about? Manning is as durable as they come.

It is absurd to put Manning down to a QB like Dilfer. One thing that I do wonder is how would Manning have done in PHilly before they got T.O. I do not think he would have gotten them as far as McNabb did. I also do not think Manning coulda won a Super Bowl with the same team Brady won 3 with.

McNabb and Brady are just better QBs then Manning. Those are the only 2 I can think of.

Putting Manning down to the level of a Dilfer is just wack.

I bet you'd say the same thing about how Brad Johnson lead a somewhat talentted TB offense to the SB in 2003.

Peyton Manning had an offense to be reckoned with in '02 but did he get there? No....

Peyton Manning had an offense to be reckoned with in '03 but did he get there? No....

Peyton Manning had THE offense in '04 but did he get there? Nope.

The simple truth, my friend, is that Peyton Manning has what it takes to dominate but doesn't have what it takes to win big games in crunch time.

You don't necessarily have to have a QB that can win games. You just have to have one that doesn't give them up. That's what Dilfer was in 2000. That's what Brad Johnson was in '02. Peyton Manning handed the Patriots the '03 SB.

Offense wins games but defense wins championships.

And no... Manning wouldn't have on a SB with the same team Brady did just because Manning's game sucks when weather is a factor.

Look at the scores of the last four games and tell me Jacksonville hasn't been able to snuff Manning away from his usual "Crush, Kill, Destroy" regime.

Do you think maybe, just maybe, Brady is better in cold weather because he is used to it? Playing his whole career, HS, college, and pro in cold weather areas, he has adapted to it. Please stop, your argument holds no water.

And if you honestly think Brady is a better QB than Manning, you dont deserve to watch football

So because Manning has trouble with one opponent, he is a bad QB?

I don't think Brady is better but he does have three SB rings to prove it. So, I have the inclination to believe that Brady has something Manning doesn't.

Do you think, maybe, just maybe, that Brady is more tuned to the game than Manning? If Brady can play in crappy weather, he can damn sure play in good weather. Manning doesn't have that fortune which makes him vulnerable to it. I'm not saying he can't destroy an offense should he play in terrible weather. I'm saying that his track record suggests he chokes when it counts while Brady does not. Brady is 9-0 in the playoffs while Manning can't seemingly get a win for the AFC championship.

If you make me choose the better of Manning and Brady, I pick Brady. I'd pick Brady to get me a Lombardi over Manning. Simply because he's done it three times already.

Double speak rocks!!!

Please come back when you stop talking out of your mouth and arse at the same time.

He has trouble with more than just one. Jacksonville is the only one that gives him a run for his money until the clock strikes 00:00. Cincinatti, New England, and Pittsburgh will either give it to him early or crush him early.

Brady has 3 SB rings while Manning doesn't have one and it does make him glisten a little better in the eyes of a GM.

Wow, maybe its because all those teams are elite?

San Francisco gave Troy Aiman trouble his whole career. Why do you think that is?

Every team you're mentioning he has beaten this year.

Pay attention.

I GURANTEE not 1 GM, even New England's, wouldnt trade Brady for Manning is a heartbeat.

Indianapolis can't afford to unload him. That's why he's impossible to trade.

You're talking out of both sides of your mouth. First it was Dilfer, now Brady. Brady is great. But to think New England would be handicapped if they had Manning the last 4 years instead of Brady is ridiculous.

What in the name of God and all things holy are you talking about? They wouldnt trade Manning for anyone even if they could because he is the best player in the NFL.

KDWilliams85 said:
Concede that he wins but they don't make it easy.

Well, I guess Brady sucks then, considering his average margin of victory as the starting QB for NE is less than a TD
