Who would you cast as Wonder Woman?

What actress would you cast as Wonder Woman, and what direction would you go with the costume?

I'm thinking Lena Headey, and I would go for either a toned down Xena esque costume or I would just go for a modern take similar to x-men. Maybe jeans and a leather jacket type.

I have never seen a single movie/tv show/comic/anything with Wonder Woman, so she might not be a good fit b/c she's more in the tough/sarcastic role. But I'd probably see anything she stars in.

I have never seen a single movie/tv show/comic/anything with Wonder Woman, so she might not be a good fit b/c she's more in the tough/sarcastic role. But I'd probably see anything she stars in.

She's not bad to look at but I think she is a poor actress. Very limited range, monotone voice, and same facial expression in every role a la Kristen Stewart. I'm not too familiar with the Wonder Woman character so maybe she's adequate.

Lucy Lawless would have topped Linda Carter, and I loved Linda Carter as WW.

But LL was born to play WW (I don't care if she's a bit "old" now).
