If Mike Iupati or Maurkice Pouncey were at 27 would you go with the upside or the versatility. I would personally go with Pouncey just to knock Proctor out.

Pouncy

He would give you some mobility and finesse at that LG spot and more power eventually. Florida's line is physical. They will hit you, and they know their assignments. You get a smart player, too.

Plus, he would get rid of 1/3 of "Free Reign".

He could challenge Kosier at LG and backup Gurode.

Iupati. Proctor isn't going anywhere. I'm fully convinced either Jerry loves him in an unnatural way or he has something on Jerry.

Iupati and it isn't close. I don't understand the recent Pouncey lovefest that has been going on around here lately.

Steelers might make that decision for you. Reportedly like em both and their O Line needs are desperate. 31st in sacks allowed last year.

I don't believe even one NFL team would take Pouncey over Iupati.

I can't stand Proctor as much as the next fan but I don't feel the need to spend a 1st round pick on his replacement.

Also, with us doing next to nothing in free agency (so far) I don't like the idea of using a 1st round pick on Andre Gurode's back-up. Gurode wasn't the problem in the Minnesota game.

Can't believe Pouncey is going to fall right into Indys lap.

Oh your getting old Jeff Saturday? Let me just easily find your replacement.
