Who would you like to see fall to 26?

That player is Quinten Johnston.
Jamyr Gibbs as well.

Dak still has to throw the ball and he was missing wide open players.

Dak could’ve had TO or Jerry Rice out there and it doesn’t matter if you can’t hit the target or don’t see them running free.

Offensive weapons…

Obviously didn’t help that TP got hurt.
I think lack of interior pressure hurt. Look at philly the next week. Smh and Hargrave were destroying their interior. Offensive weapons and interior imo

The player I think the Cowboys truly covet is Calijah Kancey.

I'd be OK with Mayer, I just think round one is too rich. That much I do agree with. Kancey has the potential to take the defense to another level, though, so I think he's high on their list.

Also, Will Levis.

Wouldn't it be hilarious to see Jerry draft Hooker?

I think our defense did their job and played outstanding against SF.

If you tell me all we have to do is score 20 points to win that game I like our chances…but we didn’t.

Outstanding is a stretch. Not forcing a turnover on defense all game isn't outstanding to me. They played good. They were missing a threat inside but I won't keep harping on it. It'll happen again this year too if it's not addressed seriously

The least amount of points they scored the 4 games prior was 37…

Our defense did their job.

Doing their job and playing outstanding are too different things. To win a championship you need to go a little further than doing your job sometimes.

Deonte Banks is probably the most impactful player who might be available. He's got CB1 potential, and pairing him with another CB1 in Diggs really ties offense's hands. Philly has Devonta Smith and AJ Brown? You'd have the horses to man up 1 on 1 on both and still blitz Hurts.

I've also seen a lot of mock drafts with Broderick Jones falling towards our pick in the 20s. I don't see that happening at all, cause stud tackle prospects invariably go top 15. But if that happens, you run to the podium.
