Who would you rather face week 1, Eli or Jones?

Odd NYG wavering on who they might start where month ago they were clear it was Eli..Jones has played PS so well its difficult for them now..

for fans who would you rather face?

I might rather face the known commodity the QB we all know well and can key off on tendency's vs an unknown..

However throwing some crazy defenses and blitz at a rook could make it easier..conundrum

They'll stubbornly start Eli, which I'm fine with at this point. The only thing that's terrifying about Jones is the unknown.

Our DL takes those boys to the woodshed every time. Should be a good one.

not if you listen to the Coach waver in interviews its changed after every game and now that game 1 is approaching the sure sounded like tis still a decision to make..4 weeks ago it was definitely Eli now they are thinking Jones might be ready..

I doubt that, SB and even that offense I believe last year scored more then ours?? didnt they? its game 1 its all bets off battle of NFCE foes..could go either way..with our HC never seeming to have our players ready the first 4 games..ughh

I can't believe people take division games with such nonchalant attitude. Like we are going to win automatically attitude. I've never seen it that way in 50 years. It's always a battle I don't care what the record is.

When we beat them last season everyone said it was a meaningless game. And I just couldn't comprehend that. It's a division rival it's never meaningless

Eli loves playing in AT&T. Their OL is much improved, they have a world class RB and some good weapons in the passing game. Unfortunately for them, the D will be making the trip. Cowboys in a rout.

Exactly, can't count the times I've heard NFL coaches say the first couple scares them the most coz they're simply not sure how well players have bought into their offseason game plan.
