Who Woulda Guessed only PI flags Anthony Brown had were against the Raiders?

I remember being thoroughly unimpressed with Brown’s tackling. Maybe I am remembering a small sample size.

The four (4) flags Anthony Brown tallied against the Raiders were the only times he was called for defensive pass interference all season.

Per BtBoys.

I like Brown more than most but I think he's best served as a team's 3rd/4th corner and spot starter.
When watching that game I thought Brown must have really pissed off one of the refs, because they rode him the entire game.

Most of that was BS. The refs took that game over, not the players.

The SB penalties were ticky tack on that last Rams penalty aided TD drive but how did they miss offensive pass interference or hands to the face on the Bengal receiver on that 75 yard TD bomb .

When the league gets through all these candid camera moments in the cheerleader locker rooms who’s ever in charge of league “ officiating “ should be canned without a severance package or a job reference.

He had a weird year. Two really bad games (TB, and Oak) where he was a big factor in us losing, but mostly solid the other games. Hopefully Joseph can unseat him as the #2

Need a first down? Throw it at Brown.

Had a critical pick in the playoff game . Of course the offense let that go by the wayside . Seems # 7 was running around the 49er game chasing down receivers AFTER the catch not # 30.

Ah

ah yeah that was the plan back in training camp the younger faster second round draft pick takes over from the older sixth round pick …never happened …

Nashon Wright Josh Ball Farniok Semi Fehoko ….wasn’t Will McClays best draft . Maybe in the sophomore year some of these picks ( # 24 ) actually contribute .

Gotta give Carr a little credit, or his coaches. As soon as they flagged AB, they attacked it.

I thought Al Harris dragged about as much out of that guy as you'll ever see.

For as much as we (me being right there) beat up this FO.....Brown ended up being a quality signing.

Especially since they felt as if pick 44 in last years draft could be a project corner.

Then did it again in round three.
