Who you want at 40

Yeah, ideally Ingram.

Other than that? No idea. There's so many options that it's hard to figure out who's the best.

I think Watkins would be my other ideal choice. Heyward would be good if he fell that far, which is possible considering the DL in this draft. I'm not really a fan of CB at 40, would rather go DE/DT/OL.

Ijalana
Wisniewski
Aaron Willams
Brandon Harris
Rahim Moore

If we draft OL in the first, then I want Ellis in the 2nd, even though it's a little high. Maybe Moore.

It looks like there will be many Oline options in the 2nd. I think you go BPA

Rahim Moore.

Hostile are the Cowboys high enough on him to take him at 40? I hear different things on him. Where would he rate compared to last years FS? (Morgan,Mays,ect...)

1. Jimmy Smith (He won't be there, and yes he's had problems, but this kid can play!!!!!!!!!) I believe as long as his act is together now he will be one of the best corners in this league in a few years. He can tackle, cover, and play however you want him to.

1B. Kendrick Ellis- Some will say this is a little early for him, but he won't last until the 3rd. In fact I'll bet he might not make it to 40. Big men that can move go early and often in every draft. They are like Centers in basketball...they are not grown on trees!

3. Wisnewski- Another player that may not be there when we pick, but if we could come away with Tyron and Wis in the first two round I might just faint. Think about it... add two starters to our Oline, also you get back Phillips at TE, throw in a Hypnoski at FB to open a hole for Felix. Are you freakin kidding me??? I get excited just thinking about it!

BTW, we do not need to draft any more safeties!! Until the Cowboys can prove they can draft them, quit trying! We still have AOA, Church, and McCray who are all young. Hopefully we sprinkle in a Huff, and Sensy back and we've got enough. Don't forget what Jerry always says, "progress stopper".

I would put Moore at 5 in last years safteies.

Berry
Thomas
Allen
Ward
Moore
Burnett
I didn't like and still don't like Mays.

Anybody. I'll probably be old enough that I'll settle for anything that's young, perky, and cute. Hopefully I'll have enough money by then to help my looks.

:laugh2: Good one. On a football note, I'd go with the strength of the draft. If Cameron Heyward was there, he'd be a steal. It's also l;ikely that a good corner or two might be available. At that point, there will be a good options to pick from.

At 40 the Cowboys hope someone they have a 1st round grade on falls to them. It will probably be someone they are very high on that may not be considered a consensus 1st rounder. Not sure who that will be but possible candidates would include Watkins, Heyward, Williams or Harris.

Always wanted to ask, is your name SA Devil or sad evil?

Doesn't really matter because I'll keep saying sad evil in my head, just curious. LOL.

It's SA Devil...it's a name I adopted on another message years ago.

I never really thought that it could be interpreted the other way until I joined Twitter earlier this year and had to amend it to sadevildad (because sadevil was taken). My niece sees it and asks me "why are you named sad evil dad?"

lol, that's pretty funny.

Probably depends on who we get in the first, but what about Martez Wilson. We need to find a successor to Bradie, and we did have him in.

not at 40, I would rathe rhave Kelvin Sheppard in the late 3rd or 4th round. WIlson si not a good LB, very overrated.

I know he visited with the Ravens but I don't know if they have a 1st, 2nd or 3rd round grade on him. If Ozzy Newsome has him rated late 1st/early 2nd I'd be for it. However I'm really hoping for a top tier guard in the 2nd round.

I was kind of going off Bunting's two-round mock, where he had Wilson going at #42.

I'm with you on getting OL somewhere... I'd be fine with Cannon or even Rackley or whoever they like.
