My pal who lives in South Texas told me he read about Jerra getting miffed and peeved with Rowdy's driving a four-wheeler at camp when the mascot menaced (unintentially) members of the media.
Further, Rowdy's been on sort of a probation with Jerra because he's been parking illegally around town and at camp.
Jerra put Rowdy on notice for the lastest infraction, the four-wheeler incident, and is taking his keys away.
Considering that outburst, I can't recall Jerra getting cross with anybody on the team. Well, OK, with Glenn.
But if only Jerra could get that angry with Crayton, who seemingly can't stop talking smack. Or Wade for his laid-back demeanor when a Coughlin-like demeanor would be more in keeping with a Super Bowl-bound team. Or with Goodell who is taking his time in deciding PacMan's suspension (Jerra should tell the commish: I can have you replaced by Art Shell or Stephen if I want.")
But seriously ladies and germs, aren't Jerra and Wade two of the mildest personalites in terms of scolding their employees? Even when they mean to criticize a player they use terms such a work ethic, competitor, team player, dedicated, etc. etc. Makes me pine for a Parcells-type voice at the front office to further motivate this otherwise wunderfol team.
