I'm not and any one who really cares about this team isn't either.

We start again next week against Arizona. Let's take it one game at a time and who knows? Maybe the Boys will surprise even the most jaded observer of the team.

I'm not throwing in the towel. However, I hope I am not sitting here on my couch at the end of the season thinking about how this team missed the playoffs because they did not play to their potential. It is very disheartening, and very frustrating.

count me in, we'll lose the exact wrong games which will keep us out of the playoffs.
May only be one team from the East that makes it.
I hate us

All the ones who were overreacting in the other direction after last week's win.

We simply haven't played like a playoff team. Far too many mistakes and zero consistency. We cannot generate a pass rush for whatever reason (talent is there), our special teams need to play in the Special Olympics, we're a very stupid team considering all the penalties, and our secondary is far too inconsistent.

Not me. I was hoping to win 2 out of 3 on this road trip. It's still a possibility. I am very encouraged by the QB play. I'm still positive.

I for one am not conceding anything, but I am not going to sit here and act like every thing is going according to plan. Four years into the Parcells regime I did not exepct to be .500 team.

yes, i sure am glad that Dennis Green fired his offensive coordinator!!! However, the Cardinals will be coming off of a bye. It sure seems like we catch a lot of teams coming off bye weeks.

Count me as 1 who thinks we are an 8 & 8 team. Our secondary is our doom for the rest of our season, along with penalties. We had this penalty problem in Bills first year, and 4 years later we have the same problem.

I'm sure not either.

Certainly not out of the wide card race, where a team we have beaten like Carolina is lumped with a team we would have had Romo played (Philly), and maddingly inconsistents like Atlanta and Minnesota (down 9-3 to SF as we speak) reign.

If this were the AFC, I'd say yes, but I won't even concede the division....yes, the Jints have a relatively easy schedule after Chicago I believe, but I don't think they're going to qualify as a 'super' team on anyone's list. And they're being bitten by the injury bug.

It's sad 'parity' has come to reflect NFL inconsistency as much as competitive level...and the ones to solve the roller coaster syndrome will win out.

For us, it's penalties AGAIN....that has to get 'handled'...if it does, I think we're in that part of the season - the playoffs- where 'anything' can happen.

The silver lining for this game is that Romo played like a big time QB. If not for the TO drop, this would have been a different game.

I dont think they can make the playoffs at this point so I guess in some ways I am throwing in the towel on this season.

We still have a chance to be 5-4 after next weekend with playing 6 out of our first 9 on the road. Who else has played 3 out of 9 home games? Romo is the real deal. He put us in position to win this game on the road against a great d cordinator. The passes to TO that he droped, the pass to Crayton on 3rd and 1, and the pass to Whitten to get us a shot at a GW field goal. I absolutley think we can still make the playoffs, and with everyone being even, in my opinion in the NFC we can still make some noise. We do need to get Henry and our safety's playing better, or find a way to get more pressure on the QB!

There's no way I concede the season. Our defense needed to do some soul searching big time.

Problem is, every week we make excuses to how we could've won but we just can't get it done.

If this person hadn't done this or if this person played, of this and that. Bottom line is, we've changed QB's and we see a future star in Romo, but Parcells and this defense are disappointing.

Forgot to add to this its also the ones who usually post "Go over to Extremeskins and look at how bad they're freaking out of over there !!"

Me, too.

BP just hasn't produced and JJ has done everything he asked.

Call it what you want, but this team is not playoff material.

And the HC doesn't have anymore Miracle Speeches up his sleeve.

At this point, I think the team needs to start looking to next year because I don't think BP is going to return.

I can see JJ's checkbook slowly closing on the BP era with this game.
